Republica Hotel Yerevan

Excellent location right next to the republic square. The hotel staff was outstanding especially at reception, she called taxis for us whenever we needed even after checkout. The restaurant was just excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

We had a great stay at Republica. Had some challenges with a toddler and the room was warm but the staff acted promptly and changed us to a room in the windy side. The location is great and the staff were very accommodating with our little one!

Location of Hotel is prefect, 5min walk to Republic Square, which makes it a perfect position to walk to every attraction of the city. Staff war really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We actually prolonged our stay for two more night, so we could explore even more of Armenia and Yerevan.

The hotel is located in the bustling center of the city, near Republic Square, but set a bit back from the street, which makes it feel calmer. The staff is on duty all day and all night, which is important because flights from Zvarnots airport arrive and leave at odd times. And they're ready to help with getting a taxi to the airport, figuring out how to take a public bus, holding luggage until check-in time, etc. A friendly, multilingual, and very competent staff.

Perfect location, quiet and great breakfast and restaurant

Power went out one day for a couple of hours but it was the entire street, not the hotel’s fault

Location, balcony room, nice design with a calm vibe, hot water in the shower, good cleaning service, helpful staff. This hotel will be my only choice when coming back to Yerevan

The standard room is smaller than the pictures, and there’s no table. You can make upgrade at the desk though.

Clean room, very helpful staff. There are tissues and slippers in the room, which is very important for me.

Mattress and pillows are not comfortable for me, but they are not bad.

When I arrived, I asked to add breakfast to my stay. The front desk staff informed me it would be 5,000 dram for the stay, and I agreed to add it. A few moments later, his colleague came over and explained that he was a trainee and had made a mistake—it was actually 5,000 dram per night. I was surprised, but still said okay. Then, in the middle of that conversation, the duty manager came and announced that the price had now increased to 7,000 dram per night. After all the confusion and miscommunication, I ended up deciding not to order breakfast at all.Unfortunately, the duty manager left the worst impression. His office was right next to the front desk, and he spent most of his time watching guests come and go in a way that felt quite uncomfortable. He never made an effort to apologize or take ownership of the situation.The room itself was very small, with no coffee maker, and many of the rooms had unappealing views—just rooftops of nearby buildings. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.The only bright spot in my stay was an amazing receptionist named Irena—she was genuinely kind, helpful, and made a real difference in how I felt during my last 2 days. Her warmth and professionalism truly stood out in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Quiet Hotel, peaceful and cozy hotel. This is what i look for when on vacation to relax and chill.Special thanks to Irena, she made our stay memorable by giving us the best room and going extra mile in helping us to all our asks. We wish to come back here soon :)

Nothing, everything is just perfect.

The room is really great, the hotel location is really good as its only 5 min walk away from the republic square, theres a Sas store nearby , breakfast is really great it is highly recommended to include it in your booking if ever you stay in this hotel. You also have a nice view of sunrise from your balcony.
